Stainless Steel Wires & Bars

We manufacture stainless steel wires in sizes ranging from 0.10mm to 7.00mm in AISI 200,300 and 400 series. These wires are available in various finishes viz. soft, quarter (1/4) hard, half (1/2) hard or full hard in different surface finishes like bright, mat / dull depending upon the requirement of the buyers.

Our range of stainless steel wires & bars are used to manufacture automotive products, balls & taper roller bearings, braiding hoses, chains, conveyor belts, filters, free cutting wires, fasteners and wire nails, flexible connectors, kitchen ware and gadgets, mig & tig welding, needles, pins, sieves, spokes, springs, surgical equipments, scrubber / scouring pads, steel wool, utensils, woven & knitted wire cloth, wall ties & tying wire, wire ropes, welding electrodes and fillers etc. Annealed wires are also used for redrawing.

Our range of stainless steel cold heading wires ensure high formability and cold extrusion properties. These wires are free from surface imperfections like seams, cracks, pitting and or scratch / die marks.

Grades :- 204Cu, 304/304L, 302 CHQ, 304HC
Finishes :- Soap drawn, skin pass or in annealed conditions

Welding Wires

Our stainless steel welding wires are suitable for stainless steel welding and cryogenic applications.

Specifications

Diameter :- Core wire for electrode in coil forms are available in diameter range 1.60mm to 5.00**mm. MIG wire on spools in diameter range 0.80 mm to 1.60**mm. TIG wire in 1000 mm / 500 mm length and in dia. 1.60 mm to 5.00**mm. On every TIG Wire length, grade of the wire is engraved.
Grades:- AISI 304, 304L/304LER, 308/308LER, 309/309LER, 310/310ER, 316L/316LER, 312, 314, 202 & 430L etc.
Finishes :- Bright finish for MIG & Powder finish for Core wire, which provide better flux adhesion and corrosion resistance.
