Stainless steel wires manufactured by BWIL are used to manufacture

Fine wires in bright annealed conditions. Size ranges from 0.05mm to 0.70mm
on Bobbins and the other sizes in coils in grades like AISI 304, 316, 321,
304L, 316L, 309, 310, 430 etc., as per customer's specifications.
Wires for Kitchen ware and Utensils
Bright as well as Matt finish with excellent surface, suitable for Electro
polishing in size range 1.00mm to 7.00mm in grades AISI 201,202,304,316 as
per customer's specifications.
Electrode, MIG &TIG Wires
Core wire for electrode in coils and TIG wires in straight length in clean
bright finish, size ranges 1.6mm to 5.00mm. MIG wires are offered on spools
by Layer Winder Machines, in dia 0.80mm to 1.6mm in grades AISI 304L/304LER,
308LER, 309LER, 310ER, 312, 314, 316L, 316LER, 202, 430L etc.
Free Cutting Wires
AISI 303 grade free cutting wires, having sulphur >= 0.15% for perfect
machinability in the size from 1.00 mm to 6.00 mm, suitable for precision
components. .
Cold Heading Wires
Ensures high formability and cold extrusion properties in size range 1.60mm
to 10mm in grades 204Cu, 304, 302 HQ, 304 HC as well as in cheaper grades,
for making bolts, nuts, screws and other fasteners.
Stainless Steel Spring Wires and Wire Rope Wires
For precision springs, compression springs, tension springs and wire ropes
in size range from 0.10mm to 5.00mm in bright and matt finish in grade AISI
302, 304, &. 316, IS 4454 (Pt4) : 2001 as per customer's specifications.
